Joy Moore’s Gentle Yoga classes focus on relaxation and stress reduction through gentle asanas (body movement) coordinated with pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation. These classes are great for beginning yoga students or good for a continuing yoga student who wants to deepen their practice.
Joy’s many years of teaching experience help her create the perfect environment for revitalizing your energy both physically and mentally. Group or private classes are available.
Joy is a registered Hatha Yoga instructor (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She has received her certification through Half Moon Yoga Studio owned by Catherine Deans. In 1999, Joy received her original certification from Yoga Unlimited operated by Leslie Hanks.
