Yoga Nidra an ancient yoga practice using a meditative state that effortlessly allows the body and mind to rest deeply is a nourishing practice that contradicts the effects pace and challenging eventsof our lives. While in this relaxed state, visualizations are offered that allow us to release deeply held tensions. The combination of breathing, stretching, and a guided deep reset help us reclaim our natural state of calm and an ease of being — restoring, resetting, renewing.
