Prenatal Yoga offers pregnancy women a time to attune to their changing bodies and to connect with the new life growing within. Each class moves through conscious relaxation, important breathing practices that can be used during labor and delivery, and yoga poses designed for the different stages of pregnancy. The poses cultivate strength, flexibility, and learning to be present through physical sensations. It is a time for pregnant women to connect with one another sharing stories and resources.
