Improving Movement & Mobility through Brain & Neuroscience Research (Z-Health)
Our brain is the engine of our body’s performance vehicle. Using brain and nervous system based movements, exercise and techniques we can help our bodies by increasing range of motion (ROM), improving quality of movement, decreasing pain and increasing movement ease and speed.
If you would like to improve the quality of your movement and mobility in any activity that you enjoy, this is a class for you.
This class will teach you mobility movements based on brain and neuroplasticity research that will help you determine your specific brain and body needs for better movement and will give you high speed results.
Whether you need rehabilitation, pain relief or performance enhancement, movement & exercise should NOT be painful or stressful. You CAN move better!
This class will not be strenuous or complex. We will begin with learning six high payoff moves to determine which are the ones that your brain and body respond to. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and socks.
This class begins Thursday Jan. 3, 2019 and meets weekly, EXCEPT for Jan. 24th. This 6-week session ends Feb. 7, 2019.
