Embracing Your Personal Geometry: Props for Peace and Poise in Postures with Marney Richards

All our bodies are combinations of long and short, tight and open, strong and not-so-strong. In this workshop, we’ll explore using a variety of props and individual modifications to get the most of out of each posture for your body. Often discovering small adjustments in the postures can help us find both more ease and more strength, so our bodies learn to work smarter rather than harder. This gentle to moderate level workshop is best suited for those free from major physical challenges. Previous yoga experience is helpful, but not necessary. Please plan to arrive by 2:45 to gather your props (provided at the studio) and settle in.
