Dynamic and Alive is a moderate level yoga class that guides students through conscious relaxing, breathing in preparation for yoga sequences designed to build strength and promote flexibility. The class is paced so that students of a variety of abilities can practice together. Modifications and variations are offered. It is a time to cultivate strength physically, mentally, and emotionally.
