Full Moon Gong Bath at Namaste Yoga: A light movement set and a deep meditation will be followed by an extended gong bath to clear away blockages. Dress comfortably, bring a journal, an open heart and mind, and an intention to heal, find peace, surrender and receive. ALL are welcome, no prior yoga experience required.
