What is Your Gut Telling You? 4-Part Summer Learning Series on Gut Health
In this four-part series we will explore what the role our gut plays not only in digestion and elimination but also in our emotional health, hormonal health and disease prevention. What difference do food and lifestyle choices make in protecting and healing our gut?
The sessions are designed to build on one another, but you can come to whichever ones best fit your schedule if you can’t make them all. The price remains $20 regardless of how many you are able to attend though, as space is limited and signing up for any of the classes reserves your spot for all of them.
Gut healthy snacks will be provided!
For more info, please contact Peggy Smith: firstname.lastname@example.org OR (850) 339-2334
We meet in front of the B & B studio, choose a route or two, depending on people’s goals and head off for exercise, fellowship and usually a bunch of laughs. It is a great way to get in some exercise without it feeling like exercise! All levels encouraged to come.
